Rogue did an interview with channel 2 news and Greg Fox on the Florida Abate issues

It sounds like things are getting a little hot at the office of Independence Chapter of ABATE 

 From Independence Chapter President.

o                                                        To all interested party's that are complaining about Rogue and his expired Membership in ABATE. This was a State decision to let his membership go, it was not Independence Chapter.
Out of 31 Chapters in the State, they were all mad about his actions and caused then difficult problems. So if you don't like the state decision the go to the nexted State meeting and bring the matter up before the State Board not Independence Chapter.


The nexted State meeting is on October 8th, 2011 at the Knights of Columbus on

Curley Rd, San Antonio

, FL.

This is not a Independence matter, its States.

In response to the above I would like to thank all who have and continue to come forward about ABATE of Florida’s Attempt to revoke my membership.

 The president of Independence Chapter and those present at their August meeting are aware that I am contesting the action of the state board because I presented documents to them stating such.

 The state Violated By-laws so their action is not valid and I state I am still Life Member 289 effective 6-10-89.

I find it hard to believe that all the state chapters were mad about me doing a interview on Channel 2 NEWS with Greg Fox. I will note for the record when I was interviewed so was a Chapter President.

 The fact that any interview I gave caused any problem could easily be corrected by answering the question on how the money given to ABATE of Florida by the state IS SPENT.

 As a matter of fact Greg Fox and his cameraman were in Tallahassee and did give the President and Lobbyist James “Doc” Reichenbach a opportunity to answer the question on TV. According to the TV reporter “Doc” refused to do so and even ran away from the camera.

 In regards to the suggestion that people who do not like the states decision attend the next state meeting he knows as well as I do that would be a waste of time as the state will only let the two chapter delegates and or officers speak.

 Going to the statement in a previous post from the webmaster that  

“The website is not to be used for Personal Agendas.

Its not a blog or a forum.  I will not post this.

The contact us page is for people to contact the board, in case they cant make the meeting.”

I personally think that people who can not attend meeting should be able to have a input. Going further with that since the membership pays the expenses of the two delegates to the state meeting it is their responsibility to bring messages from the membership.

 It is ludicrous to suggest members do the job of the delegates.
